RE/MAX RECEIVES TWO AWARDS BY J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES

Paul Hamblett of RE/MAX Coast to Coast attended the annual RE/MAX Conference of Brokers/Owners and Managers at the Conference RE/MAX marked numerous achievements in the first half of 2011.   Chairman and Co-Founder Dave Liniger accepted two prestigious awards from J.D Power and Associates.  RE/MAX has received the "Highest Overall Satisfaction For Home Sellers and Home Buyers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms.

Liniger accepting the award on behalf of all RE/MAX agent's who have worked so hard to make dreams come true for their clients.  He stated that "There's no greater honor in our industry than being recognized for premier customer service and this is precisely why more home buyers and sellers choose to work with a RE/MAX agent".

The results of the national consumer survey was conducted by an independent research organization.  According to the survey, RE/MAX is the most recognized brand, top of mind, for the national real estate companies in the market and among consumers intending to buy or sell, RE/MAX is the national brand most likely to be recommended by consumers.

Among the many other accomplishments that Linger outlined to the appreciative crowd: In two independent surveys, RIS Media Power Broker and REAL Trends 500, RE/MAX Brokerages were far more productive than their competitors.  In the Real Trends 500, RE/MAX brokerages held 21 of the top 25 positions when ranked by agent productivity.  Worldwide franchise sales were up nearly 15% in the first half of 2011, with an increase of 114% in the United States over the same period in 2010.  RE/MAX continues to lead the industry in the number of agents trained in short sales with the most Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designees in the real estate industry.
