Paul Hamblett

Paul Hamblett is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Coast to Coast. Paul opened the Portsmouth office in the spring of 1992. Born and raised in Derry, New Hampshire, Paul received his real estate license while attending UNH in 1976 and has practiced real estate since that time. Prior to owning RE/MAX Coast to Coast Paul worked for Tinkham Realty in Londonderry, Norwood Realty in Bedford, Sky Meadow in Nashua, then onto Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Alfred McAlpine Homes of New England a regional home builder. Paul accumulated a wealth of experience in new construction, residential real estate sales and commercial properties. He is an active member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, Strafford Board and York Board of Realtors. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and has served on many committees, as well as a Board of Director for four years. Paul holds the CRS, ABR, CHLMS and CDPE designations.

Licensed in New Hampshire and Maine, Paul has extensive knowledge of New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast properties.

Paul is a Board Member and Treasurer of Rockingham Nutrition Meals on Wheels, a program that serves over 300,000 meals annually and provides not only nutritional meals, but companionship and safety visits.

Paul’s interests include real estate investing, boating, skiing, traveling and cool cars.

Paul resides in New Castle, New Hampshire since 1991 with his best friend and fiancé Sue Haberstroh and their yellow Labrador Millie.
