Paul and I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for being a part of our lives for the past year and a half. Our relationship has two phases to it. The first started with, it seemed, the never ending search to find a house to meet our requirements on the "check off list". You kept a positive attitude and constantly sent us updates on what was available on the market. Finally, when the property in Brentwood met most of the needs, you made the inspections, water testing and closing seem so easy. On to phase two - selling our home in Portsmouth. This seemed to start out so simple, for during the summer you gave us a list of suggestions for improvements and a market analysis. You arranged open houses, numerous mailings - with the help of Nancy, endless showings of the home and even talking to people in the neighborhood on Election Day. Your phone calls kept us informed of what was happening in a falling market, as well as your drive-bys to make sure the house was fine since it was empty. What seemed to be a long time (though five months really was not) with so many showings and almost no offers, you maintained a positive attitude. The closing that occurred in February went very quickly, and again thanks to your work and Nancy's went smoothly. Thank you once again for the work you did. Your interest in my life after "signing on the dotted line" is marvelous and I can't tell you how much that in itself has meant to me.
